Corel MultiMedia Manager

If you are looking for Corel MultiMedia Manager, you have come to the right place. We explain what Corel MultiMedia Manager is and point you to the official download.

What is Corel MultiMedia Manager?

The Corel Multimedia Manager is an application Corel does not sell as a standalone utility, but rather as a tool included in several of its actual for-retail products. It is bundled into Corel Photo Paint, for instance, as well as the company’s Graphics Pack product, and typically found with the other graphics management software from the brand.

In itself, it is a file organizing utility with visual previewing abilities. For instance, when bundled with the Graphics Pack CD-ROM, the application is used to access the Photo Albums used by the rest of the Corel program in the suite. The albums contain clip art for use as predesigned models or graphics to be combined with user-generated visuals using other graphics programs; while the clip art within the albums are in common file formats (such as TIFF, for instance), the albums themselves use a different file type. These have the GAL extension, a file extension that can be opened with few programs other than the Corel Multimedia Manager.

The Manager is basically simply for opening such files and seeing their contents as well as copying the contents of other programs.
