What is Ciel Compta?
Ciel Compta is an accounting application, similar to Quickbooks, that allow businesses and accountants keep track of the expenses of the company. Compta’s advantage is that it simplifies the entries and records of cash flow in any given company, allowing users to track their money. All information can be gleaned from its dashboard that feature such data as earnings, suppliers’ invoices and customer lists to better guide owners into finding opportunities for financial growth. Like most accounting software, it automatically manages VAT rates to reflect upon the figures in its records. Compta has various wizards and templates to automate the generation of reports and other statements.
Ciel’s Compta software also has an optional cloud service called Ciel Mobile Data, although this is a paid subscription. This facilitates the access of the accounting data at any place as long as there is an Internet connection; data and profiles can be migrated to and from devices, and can be later synchronized. Ciel Mobile Data backs data periodically in this manner, and encrypts all data in a secure server.
New versions of Compta are compatible with all current versions of Windows, and with touch screen capabilities.
