What is CashBook?

Cashbook Complete is an accounting program for New Zealanders that makes double entry accounting tools accessible to even the uninitiated. The interface is extremely simple to facilitate use by those devoid of accounting backgrounds and a Web-based help document also exists to further guide users throughout the process. Users can import their online bank statements, create and keep an eye on their budgets, and print GST returns as needed.

There are also several invoice options of the program as well as bill logging for those who want to keep track of what they have to see to and when. There are also project, expense and timesheet tracking tools. There are also reporting utilities for those who need to produce documentation of their finances and accounts. Furthermore, users can customize elements of their print documents, including letterheads for financial statements.

The Cashbook Complete program is compatible with Windows operating systems: it can also run flawlessly on 64-bit for Windows Vista, 7 and 8 users. Older 32-bit versions such as XP and 2000 will handle it just as well. Furthermore, users can network the program in order to support as many as 5 simultaneous users.
