What is Calendarscope?
Calendarscope is a schedule management utility from Duality Software. Like most other calendar programs, it provides users with several possible views of their schedules: yearly, monthly, weekly, etc. It also provides controls for event creation, with recurring event support. Events can have notes and links appended to them and users can attach reminders to events.
There are many ways to add further levels of customization to reminders in particular. For example, when creating a reminder, a user can choose the specific font type, font size, and even font color used in the reminder text. He can select specific sounds to go with its alarm. He can even color code his reminders (as well as his events) in order to manage calendar objects more efficiently, e.g. by associating colors with priority levels.
Users who use Google Calendar will find synchronization support in the software, which also allows the export of calendar files in HTML. Data in the program is encrypted for security too.
There are at least 6 editions of the software available for purchase. These are the Home edition, the Family Pack and the Business License edition, as well as the portable versions of these.
