BackupOutlook

If you are looking for BackupOutlook, you have come to the right place. We explain what BackupOutlook is and point you to the official download.

What is BackupOutlook?

Wisco’s BackupOutlook program gets its name from the fact that its main purpose is to back up users’ Outlook data. Practically everything stored in Outlook is fair game: tasks, contacts, calendar events, emails, and the like are all covered by the program. In fact, the program allows the user to generate a complete and exact copy of his Outlook files on a storage medium: this can then be accessed by another computer so that its (the second computer’s) Outlook has the exact same data as the first one. For protection, a user can also add passwords to the data to ensure its security against prying eyes. This means everything on the original computer’s Outlook program, from the Outlook profiles to the notes to the names that show up in autocomplete. VBA Projects as well as favorites are backed up too.

For convenience, users can skip the manual backing up and arrange for the program to create backups of their data on a scheduled, even regular basis. Users can also conserve their storage space by setting backups to be compressed—at their preferred compression rates, of course.
