Backup4all

If you are looking for Backup4all, you have come to the right place. We explain what Backup4all is and point you to the official download.

What is Backup4all?

Backup4all is an automated data backup program for Windows systems. While manual backup initiation is possible, it also offers a scheduler that allows the user to set dates for the program to run and create backups of specific directories or drives. A command line option is offered for those who prefer it to the standard GUI and who want to add particular tasks to be run before or after the scheduled backup processes. Backups are saved in a compressed zip file format that can be accessed by most archive extractors, ensuring easy access for users when it does come time to use the backup files.

While the program is capable of offering a long list of features, the precise number and combination of them that users end up getting is dependent on the edition of the software that they purchase. The Lite edition, being the cheapest, has the fewest features, but is marketed as being ideal for casual users. The next two versions in the pricing tier are the Standard and Portable, which naturally have more features than the Lite and the most expensive of all is the Professional version, which is the full-featured, business-level edition.
