The AZZ Cardfile software (also stylized as azzCardfile) provides users with a digital Rolodex and organizer that purports to supply a direct alternative to Microsoft’s Cardfile software. As an information manager, it can be used to keep organized entries of addresses, contact information, recipes, research notes, stored items, and the like. It helps keep memory consumption down with the help of its data compression software and can also help users control access to their files through password protection. Each data file created can have an unlimited number of cards within it and freeform data organization is supported. Users can also import both CSV and CRD files, and are able to export files as RTFs or CSVs themselves. The actual cards do not always need to be in RTF format when stored in the software, however, since users are allowed to select the Plain Text format.
Hyperlinking is supported, as are search and replace commands. Users can perform comprehensive, individual and even selective object printing, and do not need to install a separated database engine to make use of the software. The program also works on x86 and x64 versions of Windows.
File.org aims to be the go-to resource for file type- and related software information. We spend countless hours researching various file formats and software that can open, convert, create or otherwise work with those files.
If you have additional information about which types of files AZZ CardFile can process, please do get in touch - we would love hearing from you.
