AT&T Dial

If you are looking for AT&T Dial, you have come to the right place. We explain what AT&T Dial is and point you to the official download.

What is AT&T Dial?

AT&T Dial is a dial-up Internet access option from AT&T. Compatible with both Mac and Windows computers, the product comes with its own custom web browser, which has IM messaging incorporated into it. Other perks of the product include access to 11 unique email accounts for the subscriber and his family to use, with what the service provider describes as “virtually unlimited” storage for each account. Users’ homepages can be customized as well. The bundle includes Firewall protection to thwart most external threats and also includes parental administration options for users who have underage family members sharing their connections.

While the product may in fact be compatible with operating systems other than Mac OS X and Windows, the company states that it designed the product specifically for those two and thus cannot make recommendations for other platforms or provide customer support for those who use the product with other platforms. The specific versions of Mac OS X and Windows that are recommended by AT&T are Mac OS X V10.3, Mac OS X V10.4 and later, Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows Vista and Microsoft Windows 7.
