If you are looking for Ashampoo Snap, you have come to the right place. We explain what Ashampoo Snap is and point you to the official download.
What is Ashampoo Snap?
Ashampoo Snap is a program that allows users to “snap” photos of whatever is displayed on their computer screen. They can take screenshots of pages on the Web, application windows, specific areas on the desktop, as well as the user’s entire desktop. Users can also take screenshots of videos.
The program provides two general modes for taking snapshots of their screens: fixed size capture and free size capture. Basically, with fixed size capture, the program automatically takes a snapshot of the user’s entire desktop; or through the pre-defined window sizes included by the program. With free size capture, the user can define the region that will be captured by the program. They can use any shape to define the region size.
For video captures, the user may utilize timed capture, which enables the program to take screenshots of the video at specified intervals.
Screenshots are saved as image files, which can be edited through the editing tools that the program provides. Annotations and watermark can be added to the images.
Ashampoo Snap requires Windows XP, Vista, 7 or 8.
