Adobe InCopy is a software that lets users work collaboratively and simultaneously on a single project or document without the risks of overwriting or modifying the contributions of others. This software is recommended to be used by editors, writers, and designers who have to be constantly in copy for any document modification and preparation.
The software provides a single platform that can be used by multiple users. It is likewise designed using a new interface that aims to provide high-resolution displays. A technology called Retina display is particularly used for this software so as to let users see and search for modification more easily. The changes that have to be done can be performed and all connected users will be notified immediately. For users who usually work remotely, a membership in the Creative Cloud system can be an advantage as it allows them to access, view, and work on documents using any device anywhere.
Working in parallel with another Adobe –produced software called InDesign is also possible using this software. The same principle on collaborative work on a single platform is applied to both software.
