Adobe FormsCentral is a software program from Adobe Systems, Incorporated; which provide the user with desktop and online tools for the creation of various types of forms for websites. For the desktop application, users can utilize the application through their Adobe Acrobat XI Pro software, which comes pre-loaded with the desktop version of the FormsCentral app.
The features however are limited for the desktop version, because the user will only get to utilize the templates provided with the desktop software. However, the templates are easily customizable so you can still create forms that are suitable for your website, and in accordance with your needs regarding information from your clients that you want to generate through the form.
With the online version of the software, users can get access to the full suite of features of Adobe FormsCentral. Basically, what this means is that you can either create your forms through customizing the templates, or you can create your forms from a blank canvass, so to speak.
The desktop version only includes the Design tab, which allows you to customize the templates; while the online version includes several other tabs: Options, which includes features such as payment processing, confirmation messages and redirection of URL; Test, which allows you to do a test run of your form before completely uploading it on the Web for the public; View Responses, which enables you to collect and sort data; and Summary Report, which provides you with a chart of your Responses.
