123Scan2

If you are looking for 123Scan2, you have come to the right place. We explain what 123Scan2 is and point you to the official download.

What is 123Scan2?

123Scan2 is a free utility that Motorola offers to users of its scanner products. The program can work with most Motorola scanning hardware and is designed for Windows operating systems. Its predecessor, 123Scan, was designed to work with scanners that the company produced before 2009: after that, the 123Scan2 program replaced it.

123Scan2 is essentially a configuration utility. Its main purpose is to let Motorola scanner owners set up their hardware to work the way they want it to. They can program parameters or even upgrade firmware for these devices (although the latter action is only possible with scanners that have RSM or Remote Scanner Management enabled). Users new to scanner configuration benefit from a wizard for novices inside the program as well as standard setting suggestions. The user can also save the precise configuration of his scanner if he wishes to have it as reference or to apply the same settings to another device: the file can be emailed or saved to a portable storage device. It has reporting capabilities, the capacity to auto-detect scanners, compatible with Microsoft Office programs, and a user-friendly graphical interface.
