OptiTex Mark

If you are looking for OptiTex Mark, you have come to the right place. We explain what OptiTex Mark is and point you to the official download.

What is OptiTex Mark?

The OptiTex Mark software is used for marking machine paths in textile manufacture: that is, it is a solution for textile marking. The program focuses on maximizing material use and thus optimizing marker efficacy. To that end, it includes a waste calculator that can help users cut down on the amount of fabric that ends up being consigned to the scrap pile in the process of cutting out patterns. It also supplies detailed statistics of productivity and remainders.

It is very flexible, supporting alterations to marker plans and parameters at any phase of the textile marking process. It also supports both manual and automatic textile marker making. The special needs of users who often work with design-matching requirements (such as stripes and plaid) are handled through dedicated tools, and users can even use the program to check whether or not their patterns will line up correctly after cutting. The software is capable of loading work from other CAM and CAD programs, can queue any number of markers for unsupervised plotting, and is also equipped with wide-ranging device support for both plotting and cutting devices on the market.
