For those who are comfortable with the command prompt in Windows 10, this is an easy option.
Type in cmd in the Windows 10 search bar. In the list of results at the top, click the right arrow button next to Command Prompt, then select Run as administrator.
In the command prompt dialog, type wmic and then press Enter.
The command prompt will change to wmic:root\cli>. Type Product get name and press Enter to list all of the programs that have been installed on your computer using the Windows 10 installer.
Type: product where name="name of program" call uninstall
Then press Enter.
Important: Instead of "name of program", type in the exact name of the program you wish to uninstall. Make sure you keep the quote marks.
The command prompt will ask to confirm this command, type Y and your program will be uninstalled.
