If you are looking for Toxic Biohazard, you have come to the right place. We explain what Toxic Biohazard is and point you to the official download.
What is Toxic Biohazard?
Toxic Biohazard is the 4th generation Toxic synthesizer. It has the best features from the first three versions plus enhancements. The optimized engine provides better sound quality with faster rendering and more accurate waveshapes. Physical envelopes such as filter and amplitude create physical models of how real-life sounds resonate and decay such as the sound of water dropping. Real-time rendering of physical envelopes are done with no interpolation allowing fast and accurate delivery of envelope times and avoidance of noise articles. New effects are featured such as reverb and phaser
The Frequency Modulation [FM] technology of Toxic Biohazard employs DSP high resolution processing and precise computations of digital signal and analog-modeling techniques to produce sound with very low noise threshold. High-speed calculations of oscillators keeps minimum usage of CPU resources. The anti-aliasing process avoids noise shredding on high FM frequencies. You can load an AIFF or WAV sound file to create your own waveform. Each oscillator has 32 built-in classic waveforms.
The analog parametric equalizer shapes your sound. Various effects include tube-like distortion, aggressive effects, warm stereo delays, flanger, reverb and phaser. Delays produce warm sound. Analog multimode filter creates tone control such as smooth Band-Pass setting, resonant Low-Pass mode and thick High-Pass mode. Double polyphonic patterns are created with two independent 32-step modules by the sequencer.
The program runs on Windows Vista, 7, XP SP2 32bit and 64bit. You need 2GHz Intel Pentium 3 or AMD processor with full SSE1 support, 512MB RAM, 30MB free disk space and ASIO compatible or DirectSound soundcard. It runs on Mac OSX 10.4 that needs Intel Core Duo or G4 1.5GHz processor, 512MB RAM, 30MB free hard disk space and CoreAudio drivers.
