What is Timetable?

Timetable is a software program from Gruber & Petters that provides school administrators with a tool for creating curricula schedules as well as event and activities calendars that can be disseminated to all concerned personnel electronically, through the Internet.

Before the user can open all the features of the software, a license will be required. The developer will provide the user with the appropriate license which will determine the modules to be included in the software, as well as the time period for which the software can be used.

For users without a license, the software can be used on a trial basis for up to 3 days only. The Data Entry Wizard will guide the user throughout the entire process of creating a timetable. Whenever a new timetable is about to be created, the Data Entry Wizard will automatically launch.

The user needs to follow all the steps according to the chronological order presented by the Wizard. The tasks are divided into 6 groups, with each group having several sub-groups. For instance, the first task is to establish the school year and time of lessons. Under this task, there are three elements: establishing the school year, breaks and holidays, and entry of the time grid.
