If you are looking for SpeedAnalysis.com, you have come to the right place. We explain what SpeedAnalysis.com is and point you to the official download.

What is SpeedAnalysis.com?

SpeedAnalysis.com provides users with a free test that will analyze their Internet connection speed. The test will basically tell the user if they are getting the connection rate that is stated on their contract with their ISP (Internet Service Provider). Although the program is not a troubleshooting tool per se, it does present the user with vital information that can give them an idea of how their PCs connect to the Internet, and why their connection is slow.

From the Speed Analysis website, the user can click on the “Begin Test” button displayed on the home page to start the analysis. In less than a minute, the user will be provided with the result of the test. If the test shows that Internet connection is slow, users are advised to close down all online apps running in the background i.e. downloads, open browser and Web pages, and then start the test again.

The speed test will analyze latency, download speed and upload speed. Latency shows a server’s response time with regards to the request the user sent out. Download speed is the rate by which the user receives data from the server, while upload speed is the rate by which a user sends out files from their PC and onto the Web like email attachments.
