What is Simply Database Check & Repair?
The Sage Simply Accounting Database Check and Repair is a troubleshooting and diagnostic application bundled with the core program of Simply Accounting. With this tool, the user can run a test to see if there are errors for its MySQL database, and if there are any, fix them automatically.
The Simply Accounting program is an accounting and enterprise resource planning software, or ERP, in the same vein and field as Intuit's QuickBooks and mostly contains the same features and capabilities. Sage is one of the world's largest suppliers and publishers of ERP software, which includes Microsoft, Oracle, and Intuit; in 2006 the Sage Group has surpassed all three in the number of units sold for their Simply Accounting software. Simply Accounting is proprietary software and is mainly used to keep track of finances and transactions without any accounting know-how.
Simply Accounting is sold in several editions, each of which meets the needs for various segments of the industry: First Step (which corresponds to the personal edition for most software sold), Pro, Premium, Enterprise, and finally the Accountants' Edition, arranged in the ascending order of feature set and capabilities.
