OGG Player

If you are looking for OGG Player, you have come to the right place. We explain what OGG Player is and point you to the official download.

What is OGG Player?

The OGG Player may refer to OGGPlayer from Symbian. The application was originally created for a SonyEricsson device but is currently available for installation on other devices. Its main function is to serve as a playback solution for OGG format files, of course, but it can open other media file formats as well. At least, it will open other media file formats if the device—usually a phone—supports their playback too. For instance, if the phone supports MP3 playback, the OGGPlayer will open MP3 files as well. The same for MP4s, AACs, and other file formats with native support on the concerned device.

The OGG Player is actually free, so it can be installed on just about any phone that supports it. It also carries a feature that lets it serve as an alarm clock. It has autoplay functions for discovered media and is a skinnable program, which means users can decide what their player’s interface looks like. As a matter of fact, users are not restricted to using premade manufacturer skins for the software, as it supports original (that is, user-created) skins too.
