What is j2 Messenger?

With j2 Messenger, users are allowed to receive and send faxes all over the world. The software lets users send faxes from desktop applications with the use of email or web browsers. In addition, it is possible to receive faxes sent in the form of sign, compose, attachments, and read. Users can also send faxes at the same time organize and listen to voicemails. This software runs well with Windows XP and Windows 2000 operating systems.

j2 Messenger features an application for PC users which is the jConnect Free. This function enables to read faxes but is unable to send. To be able to send, users need to upgrade to jConnect Premier. In addition to reading and sending faxes and the ability to listen to voicemails, users can also archive faxes and voicemail messages; add signature to outbound documents; convert faxes to .pdf format; combine, reorder, or delete pages in the thumbnail; add custom “stamp” images to each documents; and highlight segments of a document; compose, read, sign and send faxes in over 45 formats; annotating; changing orientations; and scan files into digital format for faxing.
