Fluke Networks LinkWare is a program for managing cable tests. It allows users to assign specific sites to specific projects, making it easier to locate and manage particular test results. Secure testing data can be imported directly from the developer through a dedicate control on the toolbar. Users can also save and sort test results for later reference. And if users need a polished report for accountability purposes, the program can deliver that too, as it is capable of producing professional reports with full-color capabilities in the graphics department. Sequences for cable ID generation can be downloaded, as customized cable ID lists.
A particular feature of the program that may be of interest to users is its ability to integrate with cable certification programs. In fact, it can even produce and apply labels for cable management software information.
The Fluke Networks LinkWare program is specifically for Windows users: Windows 7 and 8 both run it without issues. It will require 1GB of RAM if the user’s computing system uses the 32-bit architecture for either OS, but will demand a minimum of 2GB if the 64-architecture version is involved instead.
