CyberLink PowerDVD DX
If you are looking for CyberLink PowerDVD DX, you have come to the right place. We explain what CyberLink PowerDVD DX is and point you to the official download.
What is CyberLink PowerDVD DX?
Cyberlink’s PowerDVD software is one of the most popular Blu-Ray and media player across the globe, with an estimated 100 million units sold worldwide as of this writing, trumping other similar software that offers the same capabilities but not the same competitive price point. It comes in 3 editions, all of which are paid and licensed: the Standard Edition, the Pro Edition which offers a little more control, and the Ultra Edition, the priciest of the three, which includes all features of the Pro version plus a PowerDVD Mobile and Remote and a Cyberlink Media Espresso.
The PowerDVD DX is an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) version of the software, based on the Standard edition, that comes preloaded in new Dell units. Typically, because OEM software can only be found in the machines that a software company has partnered with, a PowerDVD DX is not downloadable and is locked to the serial number of the unit it is issued with.
The PowerDVD DX plays all types of media content – from video, music, to photos, you name it, plus HD and 3D capabilities and streaming content via top social sites such as YouTube, Facebook and Flickr, and even content across a LAN.
