Corel DVD MovieFactory is a video-editing and video-authoring software developed by Ulead Systems, which is a Taiwanese subsidiary of Corel (for Toshiba users, Ulead is particularly familiar, as most of their software come bundled as OEM versions for Toshiba laptops, replacing Cyberlink in this regard). The DVD MovieFactory is part of the MovieFactory suite developed by Ulead, and is meant to create stunning DVD movies and burn them onto compatible blank DVDs.
The DVD MovieFactory allows users of any skill level to quickly and easily create movies from video clips and snippets of photos, and use the application’s comprehensive suite of features to put effects, create menus, credits, and other such things as resolution and contrast. In addition, the DVD MovieFactory’s intuitive interface lets home users to create their own movies using only the most minimal of effort via a wizard which puts all these media together, and then quickly burns them onto a disc. The DVD MovieFactory is also able to burn Blu-Ray discs even if you don’t have a Blu-Ray disc burner; it will basically just encode the movie as a Blu-Ray disc which can then be played on a compatible Blu-Ray player, like the Sony PlayStation 3.
