Originally developed and released by the software company cxalled Sun Microsystems, the software Complete OFFICE Write is one of the components of the Complete OFFICE suite. This application functions primarily as a word processor that is equipped with text formatting functionalities. The company which devleoped this application was eventually acquried by another software company called Oracle.
Complete OFFICE Write also functions as a desktop publishing application that can be used in producing documents such as brochures, flyers, letters, and memos. Multiple pages can be edited and viewed simultaneously using the software. A slide bar can be used to zoom in and out of the document so as to allow users check his preferred document without closing and reopening it. Notes can also be displayed, viewed, and edited. Colors may be used in editing text so as to specify the time and date when it was modified.
Complete OFFICE Write also allows users to open documents generated using other word processor such as the Microsoft Word. A wizard can also be activated so features and functionalities can easily be explored. Its Format menu also authorizes users to select and use a style based on users’ own preference. The software runs well with Windows-based systems.
