If you are looking for CadFaster-QuickStep, you have come to the right place. We explain what CadFaster-QuickStep is and point you to the official download.

What is CadFaster-QuickStep?

CadFaster is a 3D viewer capable of opening 3D files and datasets. It can open files with the IGES, STEP, DWG, HSF and DXF extensions. The software can leverage OpenGL as well as DirectX to help render files, so users with limited system resources—such as standard laptop setups—should still be able to open big 3D files using the program. This is combined with the proprietary engine in the program, which results in a powerful performance despite the program’s trimness.

The utility is available in a free version (this is only for those who plan to use it non-commercially) and a paid one. Both of them have intuitive selection, the ability to conceal and display specific parts, an option for a solid display and adjustable transparency. However, only the paid version will give users multi-viewports functionality, measurement tools, a portable EXE exporting option, a fly mode, and section views. The pro version will also work with a 3D mouse. Furthermore, opting to get the paid version will assure a user of dedicated support from the developer when necessary: the free version does not get this, however.
