Backup Assistant Plus is an application that enables Verizon subscribers to keep a backup of their media files on Verizon’s Cloud Storage service. They may also synchronize their Contacts list with their Cloud Storage account.
Backups can be created automatically should the user opt to schedule backups. Through the Cloud Storage service, the user is able to access their files from any of their devices installed with the Backup Assistant Plus application.
Users are provided with several download options for the application. It can be downloaded on a Windows desktop, a Mac OS X computer, a Linux machine, an Android phone or an Android tablet.
For Windows, the application is compatible with XP, Vista, 7 and 8. 32-bit and 64-bit platforms for Windows 7 and 8 are supported. For Mac OS X, it is compatible with version 10.5 or higher; and for Linux, it is compatible with Kubuntu 10.04 and 11.04, as well as the 32-bit and 64-bit platforms of Ubuntu.
A free version can be downloaded, which provides the user with 500 MB of storage space. Paid versions provide the user with 25 GB, 75 GB and 125 GB of storage space.
File.org aims to be the go-to resource for file type- and related software information. We spend countless hours researching various file formats and software that can open, convert, create or otherwise work with those files.
If you have additional information about which types of files Backup Assistant Plus can process, please do get in touch - we would love hearing from you.
