The program is enabled to execute on Windows computers, compatible with both the older and newer versions of the operating system. More specifically, the software is compatible with the following Windows versions: 95, 98, NT, ME, 2000, XP and higher.

The software also functions as a file converter, allowing the user to convert their graphics files to other formats compatible with Windows operating systems. It supports a wide range of image formats including Windows Bitmap, JPEG, GIF, PNG, TGA, VST, ICB, VDA, TIF, TIFF, Photoshop, PCX, PPM, PGM, PBM, WBMP and DIB. It likewise supports Shockwave Flash files (SWF), Windows Metafile (WMF) and Enhanced Metafile (EMF).

Users are provided with the following options: zoom, rotate and full screen view. Language for the Graphical User Interface may also be changed to any of the languages supported by the software, i.e. Russian to English.
