Atmel Studio

If you are looking for Atmel Studio, you have come to the right place. We explain what Atmel Studio is and point you to the official download.

What is Atmel Studio?

Atmel Studio functions as an integrated development platform (IDP) that is utilized to debug the Atmel applications based on AVR® microcontroller and ARM® Cortex. This IDP lets you also build any application that is written in the C/C++programming languages.

The Atmel ID is also designed with the Atmel Software Framework (ASF). ASF is a data bank that houses approximately 1,600 ARM. You can also find and use the 1,600 AVR projects from this framework. Atmel Studio 6 is used to reduce the cost of application development as well as the time needed to complete it. It is also based on cloud that permits the use of collaborative workspace and the simultaneous manipulation of hardware and software in a project. It is also linked with Atmel Gallery that functions as an on-line shop that is built exclusively for Atmel apps, software and other development tools.

Atmel Studio likewise facilitates the reuse of software in use and enables differentiation in design. It also accelerates the process on product development while providing quick access to the software extensions as well as to the development tools via the Atmel Gallery.
