ACDSee

If you are looking for ACDSee, you have come to the right place. We explain what ACDSee is and point you to the official download.

What is ACDSee?

ACDSee is part of an image organizer and editing software suite from ACD Systems International, Inc. The suite includes ACDSee, ACDSee Free, and ACDSee Pro.

ACDSee features a photo organizer that allows the user to store photos according to time, date, event, place, or other categories. Users can capture their photos directly from their digital imaging devices and instantly store these in their respective categories. The photo organizer allows photo tagging, keyword or caption inputs, and photo rating.

The software's editing features include the Edit Brush, which enables the user to edit specific parts of the photo only. They can correct the exposure of a particular part of the image only or correct the image's color but not the background.

It also provides noise reduction tools that will remove specks from a picture, a Clarity Tool that will enhance the mid-tones of the photos; as well as the Red-Eye Reduction Tool, the Lighting Tool, which can work on the lighting exposure of the images, and effect filters such as Lomo effect or Collage effect.
