The .wmz file extension is mainly associated with files that are being found in Windows Media Player.

WMZ is a setting file format commonly used to identify files used by Windows application that changes the application interface appearance.

WMZ file is a compressed ZIP archive that stores one or multiple Windows Media Player skins, consisting of Javascript and images used to modify Windows Media Player's appearance.

WMZ format is the standard distribution format for Windows Media player skins. Double-clicking a .wmz file will prompt the Windows System, especially Windows Media Player, open and ask the user if he wants to install the player's skin.

How to open WMZ files
