What is a TPI file (a file with file extension TPI)?
Files that contain the .tpi file extension are used by a large number of software applications for a broad range of file formats.
The .tpi file extension is most commonly used for files that have been created with the trial version of the Red Eye Pilot software. This version of the software is limited until a user upgrade's to the software's full version.
The .tpi file extension is also used by the Thomson EDIUS software application. These TPI files contain plug-in files that can be added to the EDIUS program. These plug-in files provide users with added functions and features, enhancing what can be done with the EDIUS application.
