Files that contain the .plsc file extension contain a script that has been written for the Messenger Plus! Live add-on software. Messenger Plus! Live is an add-on for the Windows Live Messenger software application.
Windows Live Messenger is an instant messaging application and the Messenger Plus! Live add-ons allow users to add features and functions to the Windows Live Messenger interface. These files are referred to as Messenger Plus Script Files, and they allow the Messenger Plus! application to access the add-on features that a user installs.
The PLSC files are the files that contain the scripts for the add-on features. These files are available for download directly from Microsoft.
