IconPackager Theme File

IconPackager is used to create and save custom desktop themes that change the look and feel of the Windows environment on a user's computer. For example, if a user downloaded an "astral" theme, the icons included with the theme might contain a star icon for the cursor and background of the night sky.

The IP files associated with this software contain a package of icons that have been saved to create a desktop theme by this application in a compressed zip format. These themes can be purchased online or can be downloaded from freeware websites.
