What are FL files and how to open them

What is a FL file?

The .fl file extension is most commonly used by the Adobe Flash application. When flash project files are created using the Adobe Flash software, the .fl file extension is given to the file.

The .fl file extension is also used for floating sound format files and Freelancer saved game files.

How to open FL files

Important: Different programs may use files with the FL file extension for different purposes, so unless you are sure which format your FL file is, you may need to try a few different programs.
